Join me for a pop-up Yoga Flow Saturday morning class. We will focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent holding poses. The sequences are creative and playful with an emphasis on exploration & opening up to new possibilities as we move & breathe together.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in & have an extra layer for relaxation at the end of the class.
Bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have a yoga mat please contact me in advance if you want to borrow a mat or buy one for £20.
