The art and science of surrendering to what's so.
How often do you feel stuck, over-burdened, doing the same things and expecting different results, or simply preoccupied with trying to figure everything out?
Gabriele Roth, through her 5Rhythms practice brought to our attention that we have become highly skilled in holding on to stuff - and that’s ok - it’s a survival mechanism and who doesn’t want to survive!
However, when holding on is no longer the solution, we may have to find a way to let go.
When we dance through chaos, whether inner or outer, we have to let old systems and ways of being to break down to create space for new systems and ways of being to emerge.
In this workshop, working with Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms you will explore how to build a strong foundation from which you can begin to let go of what no longer serves you - allowing the stresses and strains on everyday life to lessen their grip - transporting you to new realms of possibility.
And what is possible you may rightly ask?
The answer to that question dear dancer is anything - and what particular flavour of anything is entirely up to you!
I’ll meet you there on the dance-floor.

About 5Rhythms® (see also FAQs below)
5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community.
Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness and awareness into action. Wherever the 5 Rhythms are practiced, a community is born to dance, to sweat, the change, to support, and to provide a safe space for each of us to shatter the ego's hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge walking, rock-star part of ourselves that yearns to be free.
Creativity. Connection. Community.
