Ninety minute sessions allow plenty of time for Yoga and breathing exercises, relaxation, discussion of birth related topics, tea and chat.
I previously worked as a Midwife and Health Visitor. I am Mum to seven children, as well as being a fully qualified Pregnancy Yoga Instructor. You will be in very safe and caring hands.
Classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until your baby is born.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can relax in.
Yoga mats and cushions are provided.
Please bring a blanket and an eye pillow or eye mask if you have one.
All attendees at The Garden Studio must show evidence of either two completed Covid 19 vaccines or a negative lateral flow test within the past 48 hours.
Please note that Pregnancy Yoga is sold as a course. I am sorry but I am unable to offer any transfer or refund if you are unable to attend any session for any reason.
