We use our own bespoke yoga wheels but students are welcome to bring theirs.
Other equipment include resistance bands and foam rollers (provided in studio).
Balance, active and passive flexibility, stretching and strength moves are explored in all classes, and variations/alternatives will be offered to students at different points of they flexibility journey.
drop-in class option: £5.
Online class option: £4.
Recording: £3.
You must have read and agreed to our T&Cs in order to book our classes.
Polite Reminder: no refunds or exchanges are possible if cancellations are made less than 48h before the class is due (24h for an online class). If notice of more than 48h (or 24h for an online class) is given, all efforts will be made to find an alternative class within the same month, although finding a replacement class is not guaranteed.
Any refund given for ANY reason incurs a 5% PayPal cancellation fee.

Please wear loose or tight sports clothes, with no metal clasps at the back as they are uncomfortable against the wheel, despite the fact that our wheels are bespoke and made of sustainable wood and cork.
If your hair is long, please wear it in a bun or ponytail.
You can bring your own yoga wheel and mat, but they are provided if you prefer to use ours.

Parking available and free after 6pm. Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. PLEASE OBTAIN A TICKET FROM THE MACHINE ON SATURDAYS AS THERE IS A LIMIT OF TWO HOURS FOR YOUR STAY. The ticket won't cost anything but it does show the time of arrival.
