A Yoga Club open to all year groups
A fun and engaging class to share the benefits of yoga with children; we explore yoga poses through story-telling, adventures and games. Yoga moves, bends, strengthens and stretches bodies and minds!
Classes will be held in school hall. I will liaise with the school to ensure children arrive safely after school
Children can wear their school uniform. I find that some children like a small snack before we begin so feel free to pack something for them if you wish.
