In this fun and energising workshop, Bev Fox of the Suggestibles will introduce you to some of the underpinning skills of improv such as active listening, having a positive mind-set, being in-the-moment and laughing at the mistakes!
You'll be playing interactive games, exercises and techniques that improve personal confidence, communication, creativity and collaboration skills, whether you want on use them onstage or off.
Improv is a great skill for life too. You don't need to want to perform it. You don’t need any experience in acting, comedy or performance at all. You don’t need to be fast or funny. You just need to want to have fun!
And if you’re little nervous to begin with – don’t worry. You’ll soon be laughing too much to notice. Just wear easy-to-move-in clothes and a smile.
