A weekly 45 minute session over 6 consecutive weeks led by Chartered Physiotherapist and Quakers Coach in Running Fitness Nick Watson.
Ideal for cross training/recovery, each session will combine specific Pilates and core/functional exercise as well as self soft tissue release to promote injury prevention/efficient running form.
The classes run as 6 week courses and have a mixture of abilities in each class. Therefore there is not a specific beginner or advanced classes, the exercises are tailored according to the class/individual ability.
If you are new to the class, please download and complete the Pilates health screen/consent form and bring it with you to your first class
