An Introduction to yoga concepts, movement, stillness and breath
awareness. Each sequence moves from more simple to more complex movements,
inviting students to stay with the movements that suit them. Each week layers upon
the last, repeating some movements & ideas and introducing something new.
This class is for anyone new to yoga or people who want to revisit their yoga practice after time away or simply wanting to improve their yoga knowledge.
Dress suitably for yoga class.
Bring a mat and any other equipment you have, I do have equipment if you don't have any.
Bring a blanket for shavasana and water.
