💓 The day will have elements of meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, ceremony, connecting with nature and a bit of chat of course.
💓 The afternoon session will include some time in nature either by the sea or in the woods, weather dependent. Optional dip is a possibility depending on conditions.

It is advisable to bring a packed lunch. However there are shops and a cafe nearby.
You may also wish to bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, cushion, blocks, blankets etc. If the weather is nice enough to go to the beach, you may be tempted to go for a dip in the sea so pack your swimming togs too.
