A One-Day Retreat for Rest, Resilience & Spiritual Reconnection
We are living in times of rapid change, uncertainty, and deep collective exhaustion. Many of us are feeling the weight of stress, anxiety, and a sense of disconnection from ourselves, from meaning, and from the Earth.
This one-day retreat is a gentle, spacious invitation to come home to yourself.
Rooted in seasonal wisdom, nervous system care, and soul-aligned practices, this day offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen inward — to what truly matters, to what wants to be released, and to the quiet voice that still remembers your purpose.
