Join us for an evening that blends the power of sound and relaxation with an awareness and connection to the natural world inspired by the fullness and radiance of the ever illuminating full moon.
Observing and honouring seasons and lunar cycles is an ancient practice that has taken place around the world for thousands of years and continues to this day.
There are many reasons and benefits to this (too many to list here) but most importantly to remember that we are not separate from Nature and we have our own part to play within the natural world and experience our own inner seasons and cycles.
Even if we live in a city or have limited time to spend in nature, we can still utilise our connection with it in other ways to experience harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being.
This Full Moon Sound Meditation will begin with moon inspired breath work and a guided relaxation practice and we will close the sound meditation with a full moon mantra.
No previous experience of meditation, mantra or sound is required. You will be guided expertly every step of the way.

Please do not park in the farm yard- the farmer needs easy access!
If you can aim to arrive 5 minutes before start time it would be most appreciated as we will start promptly on time and any late arrivals may disrupt others in the session.
