An afternoon dedicated to help you relax, unwind and get ready for the new year. From 12-4pm, you can join in with a host of free activities to make you feel good. We have different activities for you to try out such as Yoga, meditation, barre ballet and dance sessions. We even have health talks and blood pressure checks available.
Don't forget out chill out area in the foyer where you can get free refreshments served by Eddie's Cafe.
