It’s great to welcome Uday back to Congleton for another workshop, which was originally planned for 2020.
He is based in the UK, having previously spent over 15 years experience working closely with the Iyengar family and other teachers from the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India.
Niveau: All levels welcome
Arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the workshop. You can now use the studio equipment.
