Adult beginners and returners ballet class. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Friendly and supportive group of beginners and those returning to dance.
We learn new exercises, free movement and pieces and learn the range of ballet steps including barre work, port de bras (arms) allegro (light jumps) and adage (controlled balance and poise). Most of all we enjoy, perform, dance and find our inner ballerina!
Niveau: Beginner, Intermediate
No equipment needed. Just a chair to use as a barre.
