Programme
A programme of six half-day sessions throughout the year designed to both support and challenge NQTs in their first year of teaching.
Sessions will provide:
An opportunity to share good practice
A teaching and learning theme for each session
The chance to discuss teaching and learning with each other
Visits to lessons in subject and/or phase leading to reflection on effective teaching and learning
Practical tips and resources to take away and use the next day
