The Primary Maths Network provides a strong and supportive professional learning community for those responsible for leading or delivering primary maths in their school. This network is ideal for leaders and teachers who wish to work together to explore best practice education from a national and local perspective. It will provide the opportunity for professionals to collaborate and share strategies to improve outcomes and experiences for pupils in all schools.
PROGRAMME
There will be five afternoon sessions with each network developing across the academic year in response to changing local demands and feedback from each session. The content/activities involved in sessions will be flexible, but typically include a mixture of:
Collaborative planning
Bring and share activities linked to a particular theme
Led sessions
Visits to lessons
Moderation activities
