Floating Sound Bath

Sunday evening's Floating Sound Bath takes place in a shallow heated swimming pool at Millfield School, Brownhills WS8 6BN.

In this session, you will be floating on an airbed while receiving a beautiful sound massage.
For a whole hour, you can gently allow your body to come back to its natural state of balance and harmony.

Sound therapy is a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation.

It is not meant as a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.
