Space @ North Shore Playcentres runs for 30 weeks during school term in different Playcentres throughout the region see below for the venue options available. Families enroll at one centre that is running Space, and commit to attending that programme regularly. Babies joining a new Space session are generally between 3 weeks and 4 months of age and parents stay on session with their babies.
If your baby's age is older and not catered for in the current programmes offered below you may be able to join in an existing Space session depending on the availability of places. Please email your name, baby's name, date birth, contact phone number and the area you live in to firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the structure of the Space programme it is necessary to group together babies of similar ages. It may be necessary to travel to a centre that is running a Space programme appropriate for your baby's age and development
To make a booking click on the desired programme, select, proceed, book now and complete details requested. If you baby is not born yet write TBA. The booking you make, reserves your place for the duration of the programme
We charge a fee of $35 per term to attend Space. This fee will be invoiced to you via email once your programme has started. The programme fee is charged once per family, it is the same rate for twins or multiples.
WINZ Child Care Subsidies are available for Space @ Playcentre Aotearoa programmes. The WINZ Child Care subsidy is ‘means’ tested and requires both parents to disclose financial information.
