‘Stress Control’ is a six session class run by the Psychology Department, HSE Galway. The programme aims to help the large number of people who experience stress through learning new ways to help overcome it.
The six sessions are: Learning about stress; Controlling your body; Controlling your thoughts; Controlling your actions; Controlling your panic; Controlling your sleep and maintaining wellbeing for the future.
There is no cost to attend.
The course will run for 6 consecutive Thursday evenings starting on 6th February and running until 12th March, 2020, from 7.00 – 8.30pm.
Stress Control is being run by the HSE in partnership with Healthy Galway City.
