Aoife Synnott
First class honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick in 2015 and completed an additional Masters in the area of musculoskeletal pain in 2018. She has been awarded the Anne O’Brien Prize for Clinical Excellence by the Irish Society of Physiotherapists. CORU Registered PT030984

• Teaching Bump Room classes since 2016
• Qualified as a physiotherapist from University of Limerick in 2015 and completed a masters on support of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.
• Aoife is a published author in the field of physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Aoife works in a busy A&E department where her main role as a Senior physio is to ensure the smooth transition of people through the emergency department to the best environment for their physical needs and organise coordinated care as required i.e. ambulatory care hubs, home enablement teams, primary care and rehab hospitals.
• Favourite quote: “Don’t compare your chapter one to someone else’s chapter 20 💗”
• Fun fact: An All-Ireland gymnastics medal winner but more prestigious than that, Aoife won a hoola hopping contest on holidays in Turkey.
• 3 words to describe myself: Hard- working, Thoughtful and Outgoing.
• My Why: I love seeing women surprise themselves about how strong they are and become through the classes. Watching their confidence grow and fearless in their movement.
