Terms and Conditions
Costs are exclusive of VAT. Acceptance of a booking constitutes a liability for the relevant course fee or cancellation fee and is subject to our standard terms and conditions shown below. The course fee must be paid in full, within 15 days of invoice date. Approximately one week before the course you will receive joining instructions. If you need to cancel
If you cancel a course booking less than 10 working days before the date of the course or if the delegate fails to arrive, the full fee will remain payable and no refund of fees already paid will be made. An alternative delegate may be substituted at any time prior to the start of the course.

If we need to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel the course at any time without liability. In this circumstance, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
