1500-1600 - gentle yoga - ideal for beginners through to experienced practitioners, beginning with softly flowing sequences, moving towards restorative poses.
1600 - 1630 - barefoot shiatsu massage. Working with a partner we will spend an hour on barefoot shiatsu massage. This is great fun, and really effective in massaging away tension. No experience needed ! I suggest you bring at least 2 blankets, or even a duvet, because we will be lying on the floor for a while, so you want plenty of cushioning for total comfort.
1630-1700 - yoga nidra - deep relaxation

2 blankets or a duvet
wear comfortable clothing
