BABIES to 6 YEARS OLD (If you have older children then of course they are also welcome!)
This is a wonderful introduction to yoga for you and the children.
Using our bodies, breath and voices, we learn massage, simple yoga postures and relaxation techniques.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Here are some typical questions.
“My child won’t sit down for a minute”
“I’m worried that my child will be disruptive”
“I’ve got a newborn baby, can they be involved?”
“I’ve never done yoga before, I’m really inflexible”
My answer to all of these is simple. Everyone is very welcome and there are no prerequisites for abilities, personalities or experience.
‘Families’ can include grandparents, uncles, aunties, guardians and friends.
• Improved COMMUNICATION between family members.
• Family yoga is not about achievement. It’s about SHARING, learning and having FUN.
• Learning how to RELAX together.
** Booking fee is for maximum 4 participants per yoga mat.
Please bring your own mat and blankets/cushions for relaxation. If you have a larger family then maybe bring 2 mats!
