Certificate in Local Council Administration - a Level 3 qualification for local council officers.
This course is delivered by Gabbie Joyce, our CiLCA Recognised Trainer (Number 200911) in our Zoom training room.
The six sessions make up the full training course and are designed to support you build your portfolio by instalment. This training course will take you through each of the 30 learning outcomes. It will also explain how to compile your portfolio, involve your Council, and strengthen your knowledge as a practitioner.
Norfolk ALC is the only recognised CiLCA training provider in the county and we are endorsed by NALC and SLCC.

Session 1 begins at 9.30am through to 1.30pm. All other session times are 9.30am to 12.30pm.
This course also includes a level of post course support as you complete your portfolio.
