This course will provide an introduction to completing finished products specifications for food including a general overview of the requirement of retailer web based systems, labelling requirements and HACCP. Following these principles you will drive “right first time” submission, which makes for happier clients and stream lined processes

This course will explain why specifications are required and follow the process of specification generation from start to finish including how to enter a recipe table onto a web based system in order to generate the appropriate ingredient list and calculate QUID.
