A two-night summer Pilates retreat with optional paddleboard Pilates, spring-fed swimming, sauna, optional guided sauna rituals and long light evenings at Oakhill Ponds.

Led by Kelly Lewis of Pilates by Kelly, this summer retreat is for people who want to move, swim and spend time outdoors in good company. Across the weekend, expect energising mat Pilates, the option to try paddleboard Pilates, time in the ponds, nourishing meals and the option to join a guided sauna ritual — all set within the beautiful landscape of Oakhill Ponds.

Kelly’s style is encouraging, challenging and joyful, creating a weekend that feels strengthening, sociable and fun. Whether you come for the Pilates, the water, or the chance to try something new, this is an opportunity to feel stronger, more confident, and make the most of summer.

The shape of the weekend

Friday
Arrival, settling in, supper and an opening evening Pilates session.

Saturday
A morning Pilates session, followed by time for swimming, optional sauna ritual sessions in small groups, and optional paddleboard Pilates.

Sunday
A final morning movement session, breakfast together and departure.

Instructions

What to Bring

Please bring swimwear, a sauna towel, sliders and comfortable clothes for moving and relaxing outdoors. In July it’s warm, but some light extra layers can be useful for early mornings or later evenings. Comfortable outdoor footwear you don’t mind getting dirty is helpful for moving around the site.

Paddleboards and all equipment are provided.
