BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS (UK)
Full payment must be received at time of booking in order to confirm your place.
If you cancel within 14 days of the clinic there will be a 50% refund, unless you find someone to take your place.

Refund will be processed after the event has taken place to give you the best opportunity to fill your space.

If you cancel within 5 days there will be no refund, unless you find someone to take your place or the place is filled from the waiting list.
If for any reason OTD cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.
