This training is for TAs and Support Staff who would like to develop a coaching approach within their role.
The course will provide you with an understanding of the fundamentals and principles of coaching, exploring different models whilst focusing on the key skills of communication and questioning.
You will learn about the different levels of listening and responding, including identifying any potential barriers.
During this training you will have the opportunity to reflect on the models discussed within the context of your setting.
