A mixed ability class offering levels for beginners through to those with more experience at a safe and steady pace. Each exercise is built progressively to allow you to work and find your edge, yet retain the essential component of control and connection with your core and breath, so you train rather than strain!
Please bring a mat and a small towel.
Note: Blocks and head pads will be available if required. Any small additional equipment such as balls or bands supplied.
