Let's get on the water with some yoga on the Stand Up Paddleboard at Whiskeytown Lake!
Class will start with a short SUP lesson and safety briefing. All levels are welcome with Audrey DeLong leading you through a fun, active, yoga flow practice on the water.
Wear comfortable yoga or athletic clothing in layers and/or a bathing suit, NO COTTON, and bring a change of clothes and a towel, just in case. Class will meet at the location.

Please read, print, sign, and bring attached waiver with you to class.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to set up and be ready to launch by 6.
Allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are subject to a fee equal to the full cost in all circumstances, including illness. Cancellation/ rescheduling requests may be submitted via email, voicemail, or phone.
Heavy rain, lightening, and/or gusty winds cancel class. Check your email before heading out for cancellation and to reschedule.
ABILITY TO SWIM IS REQUIRED.
