Shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being, Last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, upwards into silence. A highly effective way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day.

15 mins Shaking (standing loose and natural)
15 mins Dancing, anyway the body wishes to move
15mins Standing or sitting in silence, eyes closed, observing
15 mins Lying down in stillness, eyes closed
