I wanted to create a different experience for people who might feel a bit less confident or anxious about starting a yoga or fitness class. I know from my experience that traditional big classes made me want to run in the opposite direction! So this body positive, inclusive beginners hatha yoga class will help you to feel good, get strong and flexible whilst having fun and meeting new people.
Get to know fellow yogis and learn to love your body! A little bit more about me… I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and have completed a BWY Foundation Course and I am almost through the BWY Teacher Training Course. I am fully insured to teach Yoga as a Student Teacher. I am also a qualified CBT Therapist, Trainer and Supervisor (my day job!).
