Book your classes whether trying out one of our general pilates classes; one of our slower-paced back and joint care classes; or looking for something with a little more tempo and heat like our Core & Cardio which blends Pilates, yoga and HIIT to meet all your exercise and weight-loss needs in one short class. You can book up to four weeks in advance to secure your place at our popular classes.

BOOKING PAY AS YOU GO
Higher ticket price: Select your ticket type to be pay as you go and select the class or classes you wish to book.
Choose whether to pay now online or pay later of paying at class with cash or card.

BOOKING CLASSES WITH A CLASS PASS
Just below this booking guidance, select CLASS PASSES first then then select your 4 or 8 class pass and then go to SCHEDULE to select the classes you want to book. It's a little confusing but you need to select the Pay As You Go £8.50 ticket for each class you book and it will discount this at the end when you book.
You’ll then need to press ‘view selections’ and continue to enter your details and choose to pay now online or to pay at class. Choose pay later if you've already bought a pass or paid by bank transfer.

HOW TO BOOK FOR A MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE PAID BY DIRECT DEBIT
If you’re paying by Direct Debit or pay as you go, just press SCHEDULE and then select the type of ticket you want (direct debit, class pass or pay as you go) and then select your classes to book). You’ll then need to press view selections and continue to enter your details and choose to pay now online or to pay later. Choose pay later whether paying at class or whether you’ve already bought a pass or pay by Direct Debit.

Refund policy

Perfectly Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation and refund policy for our group classes. You may cancel your booking via the booking system up to 24-hours in advance of the class start time and receive a full refund if you pre-paid. The form of payment the refund takes will, wherever possible, match the form of payment made upon booking. Card and BACS refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your account.
If you do not provide the requisite 24-hours’ notice and do not attend the booked class, we will not provide a refund.

Your booking may be transferred if you can no longer attend a particular class but could make it to another instead. You can transfer your booked class via the booking system.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience of the class, you may request a full refund in writing explaining in full your dissatisfaction to sarah@perfectlypilates.co.uk

We reserve the right to be given 72 hours to try to resolve your issue or to offer you a discounted alternative class or voucher as way of resolution and to show that we care about our clients and where possible seek to put things right for you and improve our service.
