Tabata training, 8 rounds of 100% effort with 10 seconds rest in between. Fast paced and fun, burn tons of calories, and melt stubborn body fat. Every session is different, and always a challenge. Sometimes with equipment, sometimes just your own body, sometimes a bit of both.
