The Pilates suspension method combines traditional & contemporary Pilates exercises and we perform them in a silk sling. The benefits of Suspension Pilates include, improving your core strength, stability and muscular endurance. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Starting on Friday 21st April, this class will take place every Friday, 12:45pm-12:45pm for five weeks.

Non Members ~ £60
Spaces are extremely limited, with only 6 spaces.
*Please note ~ refunds/transfers cannot be given once the course is booked.
(This course will only run if a minimum of 5 spaces are filled.)
