I am super excited to be holding a new Pilates & Yoga mini retreat at the unique Hedingham Castle on Tuesday 10th May 2022.
The day will include:
9:30am Morning Yoga in the beautiful outdoor grounds (weather depending, alternatively this will be held indoors)
11am Pilates Party on the top floor of the Castle, with incredible views
12:30pm A Vegan & Vegetarian buffet style lunch with be served in the Cosy Castle Cafe
1:15pm Yin Yoga in the stunning basement of the Castle
followed by a Gong Bath by Lexi Meechan, the atmosphere in the Castle will be unbelievable, around 2pm
Laura Rose will be offering mini treatments throughout the day at an extra cost.

Please bring with you a mat and any equipment that you think will support your practice. I would advise Blocks, Bolsters (Pillows), Blankets, Straps, Eye Masks, Warm Clothing, Suncream, Sunhats, possibly a blanket to lay underneath your mat for the outdoor yoga class
There is plenty of parking at the Castle and toilets on site.
