Group Matwork Classes
I teach classes at 5 Levels:
Beginner - Level 1 of 5
Essential - Level 2 of 5
Essential / Intermediate - Level 3 of 5
Intermediate - Level 4 of 5
Advanced - Level 5 of 5
To join any of the above classes you need to be able to sustain constant levels of activity for 50 minutes and move between standing, sitting and lying with ease and without assistance. If you have back or neck problems, you’re recovering from an injury, or have been recommended to start Pilates by your GP or Physiotherapist for another reason, then I would prefer to play it safe & see you for an Initial Assessment before you join a group. All bookings are made on a first come first served basis, and classes can fill up quickly - if necessary, please join the waiting list to receive an automatic notification should a place become available.
