Szczegóły

Following the BC CDC mass gathering protocols during COVID-19, the BC Society of Fellows is rescheduling our March 2020 Luncheon event, Condominium Insurance Crisis – Part 2 as a webinar.

In this webinar, we will have three expert panelists discussing in-depth the challenges created by the unprecedented increase in condominium insurance premiums. Under mounting pressure from condominium unit owners, the BC Provincial Government is reviewing the crisis to improve the insurance market for strata corporations in BC. Will the government measures resolve the crisis? Unaffordable insurance premiums are forcing condominium corporations to either underinsure or elect not to insure altogether. Join us as our expert panel discuss these issues and more.
