Please join us on our Meditative, reflective walk in the woods; to encourage our body and minds to slow down, to ground & reconnect with ourselves and fully immerse into nature.
Emma and Rosie invite you to share their passions of movement, well-being and deep love of nature with a wholesome & holistic, energising morning of mindful movement, meditation and creativity.
We will meet at the Mutter Moor carpark just outside Sidmouth. Starting our gentle walk followed by some gentle movement & a guided meditation. Then an invitation to get creative with woodland materials. Completing our mindful morning with a hot beverage and tasty wholesome snacks.
Please bring suitable walking shoes and suitable clothing for being outside for 3 hours, layers, so you do not get cold!
We encourage leaving phones at home or switching off completely.
Your own cup, (we will have spares if you forget)
