Caseworker Skills Training

wtorek, 1 marca '22   10:00 – 13:30 GMT

Szczegóły

The aim of this course is to provide a high-level overview of the skills required to be an effective caseworker in a Home Improvement Agency, dealing with day-to-day enquiries as well as Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) and other funding applications.

Caseworkers need to be many things to their clients – but effectively, they are the ‘glue’ that binds the whole process together – the success of a job can depend on the effective caseworker skills we employ.
We cannot hope to ‘teach’ everything in a single day but aim to provide you with the tools necessary for you to build upon in your day to day working life to become the most effective caseworker that you can be.
