Event: Rooftop Mala with Jo

We will move together in a rhythmic yogic dance through 108 Sun Salutations, with synchronised waves of energy, flowing with the breath, in celebration of yoga, our community, our privilege to practise in our beautiful Haven in the open air on a summers day!!

We'll end our event with a gentle stretch followed by a celebratory Mocktail and an opportunity for photos on the roof :)
