At the core of all humans is the need to connect and feel part of a community. This simple event is designed to do just that. Join us to sit in circle, bang a drum or shake a rattle, sing, chant and have a laugh. There will also be hot drinks, good company, some chat and meditation.
No experience, skills or a good voice necessary, just a willingness to join in! This event is open to everyone over 16 yoa. Come with a friend, parent or colleague and enjoy a mini retreat based in community and music.
Come along in comfortable clothes and bring water. Hot drinks are provided.
