You are warmly invited to an evening of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing with senior yoga teacher Maura Barber-Oosterhuis and holistic health coach Laura Penneycard.
This evening will include gentle yoga, use of essential oils, (self) massage and hands on guidance and adjustments, all underscored with the vibrational sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, followed by a healing sound bath. Our evening is held in The Retreat's luxury marquee.
This is a small and intimate event with lots of personal attention.
No experience is required
Please note - Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, triggered by sounds or suffer from epilepsy.
