Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation (1 hour per week for 5 weeks) - full price £55 / early bird price £44
This 5 session course will provide you with the foundations to begin your own meditation practice.

During each 1 hour session you will explore different meditation techniques to help you find what works for you. Also, you will learn about the science of meditation and the incredible positive changes to your brain that research has identified.

Please ensure you have read the FULL booking & cancellation policy at the time of booking. To summarise, all cancellations shall be conducted up to 24 hours prior to a class / course start date. Cancellations shall be made via BookWhen, telephone or email. No SMS cancellations will be accepted. A one time only ticket transfer may be offered for the next available course / class. Otherwise, a 50% charge shall be retained where a ticket transfer is declined. Refunds are NOT applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the course / class start.
