Five-week Yoga course starting on Monday the 13th of October, 4pm at Pontypridd Museum.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya. This class is a gentle practise, we will start slow and build up.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every block is different.
What is included?
🟠 Five one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.

Usual price £35 for 5-weeks, £65 when booking for 10 weeks in advance or £22 a month with monthly membership.

Monthly Membership
£22 a month, automatic payment. Works out at £6.28 per class over the year. Includes 10% off all retreats and gong baths. You can cancel at anytime.
