Reformer Class Requirement
We recommend that new participants have some experience in MATWORK PILATES. If not, it is strongly recommended that you attend an introductory to Reformer & Mat Pilates Session before attending a Reformer course of lessons, to learn basic Pilates positions, pelvic floor activation and breath. This will greatly enhance your Reformer sessions.
Anyone new to Reformer at our studio, regardless of prior experience at other studios, must attend an Introduction to Reformer session or a private 1:1 or group session before booking a regular class. This is for your safety and to ensure you have the most effective experience. It's important that you learn the basics of pelvic floor activation and the fundamental principles of Pilates, as some Reformer studios may not cover these essential topics.
Women-Only Sessions
The majority of our Reformer clients are women, so even if a class isn’t specifically labelled as “women-only,” it’s likely to be attended exclusively by women. If you require a women-only class and can’t find availability in the listed sessions, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll be happy to recommend a suitable class that is currently attended only by women.
