HETAS H003R (Refresher)

Terms of cancellation • If cancellation is made more than 15 working days before the course starts a full refund will be provided minus an administration fee of £25.00. This does not apply for H003 Refresher. No refund provided for cancellation 15 working days before the H003 Refresher course. • If cancellation is made between 7 and 14 working days before the course starts a 50% refund will be made unless we are able to fill the place when a full refund will be provided minus an administration fee of £25.00. • If cancellation is made less than 7 working days before the course starts no refund will be made unless we are able to fill the place when a full refund will be provided minus an administration fee of £25.00. Note: Poujoulat reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of the course becoming unviable due to a lack of candidates or other unforeseen circumstances. NOTE: Candidates must have the necessary qualifications required before attending the course. It is the responsibility of the candidates to forward the required prerequisites before the start of the course. Please bring on the first day of the course the original copy of your prerequisites, a passport photo and national insurance number. Fees will not be refunded and not exchanged for non-compliance of these requirements.
