Konga combines boxing, cardio, dance, strength and endurance using a HIIT format for high intensity maximum caloric burning benefits.

Konga is a low complexity class so suitable for all abilities can join in, to amazing music - you are just going to love it!!

NB - CLASSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE
