A four-week online/ in studio course (1 x 60min class per week) with the aim to teach the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga. Build confidence and the competence to go on to practise yoga online and in the studio.
The course is open to beginners or anyone looking to understand the fundamental elements of Vinyasa Yoga. The course will be delivered online where you feel part of a community and share the journey of learning yoga together with other beginners.
Classes will be held online and streamed to you in the comfort of your own home. Where you will be supported, motivated and inspired to learn to practise yoga safely and effectively.
Or if you choose to join in person, join live from the studio at Karma Yoga.
With the aim of allowing you to transition into open yoga classes with knowledge and confidence.
Online zoom links will be sent to join the event. There will also be one zoom call before the course to meet students and talk through what to expect.
All students whether joining online/in studio, it is advised those attending the class practice with a yoga mat. Other props can either be purchased or substitutes found with home objects. (more details can be found in welcome email).
Those attending the course at the studio will need to arrive 5 mins before class time starts and to make sure they follow COVID protocols; wearing a mask, keeping socially distanced and not attending the studio if they feel unwell.
