Details

The Age of Innocence is set in upper-class New York City in the 1870, a time when society people “dreaded scandal more than disease.”. It won the 1921 Pulitzer Prize, making Edith Wharton the first woman to win the prestigious prize.
It is available in book form, as an e-book or as an audiobook on Hoopla.

Watch the movie if you have time, and we'll talk about the movie adaptation as well.
